Joe joined Indivior as a Non-Executive Director in December 2024 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in May 2025.
Joe is an accomplished public company CEO and brings more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, leading global and U.S. organizations across specialty, rare disease, mass market, and hospital therapeutic areas. He has a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence in complex, competitive markets.
Before joining Indivior, Joe most recently served as President and CEO of Collegium Pharmaceutical. His prior leadership roles include President of U.S. Branded Pharmaceuticals at Endo International and several senior positions at Biogen, including Senior Vice President of the Global Specialty Medicines Group, Senior Vice President of U.S. Commercial, and Vice President of U.S. Neurology Field Operations and Marketing. Earlier in his career, Joe was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Shionogi Inc. and President of Shionogi Pharmaceuticals. He also held commercial leadership roles at Schering-Plough (now Merck), Sanofi-Synthelabo (now Sanofi), and Novartis.
Joe earned both his B.A. in Communications and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Patrick Barry joined Indivior as CCO in June 2025. With over 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices, Patrick has built high-performing teams that deliver results across complex and evolving markets. He previously served as Executive Vice President and CCO at Endo Inc. and held senior leadership roles at Sanofi.
Patrick brings both commercial expertise and a heartfelt passion for ensuring treatments are made available and accessible to those in need.

Ryan Preblick became CFO in November 2020, after serving as Interim CFO earlier that year. He has held senior roles in our global finance and commercial operations since 2012. His background includes financial leadership at Honeywell International and over a decade at Altria Corporation.
Ryan holds a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Richmond. His approach to finance is grounded in transparency, discipline, and service to the company’s mission.

Jeff Burris became Indivior’s CLO in December 2021. With more than 25 years of experience in life sciences and public companies, Jeff has led legal functions at Arbor Pharmaceuticals (until it was acquired by Azurity Pharmaceuticals), Alimera Sciences, and CryoLife (now known as Artivion). He began his career in corporate law at Arnall Golden Gregory before moving in-house to Waste Management.
Jeff holds a BA in History and Economics from the University of Tennessee and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Kevin Espinoza was appointed Chief Integrity and Compliance Officer in October 2025. With more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including over two decades in compliance leadership, Kevin has held senior roles at Kaleo Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific, BTG, GSK, and Eli Lilly.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He has earned compliance certifications from the Health Care Compliance Association and Seton Hall Law School, and a European data privacy certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Angela Colon-Mahoney became CHRO in September 2024. With more than 20 years of leadership experience at Otsuka, Estée Lauder, Tyco, Mercer Delta, and Unilever, she has championed inclusive cultures, talent development, and organizational transformation. At Otsuka, she helped secure recognition as a Great Place to Work and as a leader in mental health and diversity.
Angela studied psychology at St. John’s University and holds a master’s degree in organization change management from The New School.

Christian has served as our CSO since the company’s formation. He brings over 35 years of experience in the neurosciences and has authored more than 500 peer-reviewed publications and conference proceedings, with over 12,000 citations.
Before transitioning to industry, Christian spent a decade in academia, holding research and teaching positions at the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH).
Over the past 25 years, he has held senior leadership roles at SmithKline Beecham, GSK, Altria’s Health Sciences, and Reckitt Benckiser. He is an Affiliate Professor at VCU’s School of Medicine and served on both the National Advisory Council on Drug Abuse and the NIH’s HEAL Multi-Disciplinary Working Group. Christian holds bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees from the University of Louvain, and completed executive studies at Wharton.

Ken Morici was appointed Indivior’s Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Supply in January 2026.
Ken has more than 25 years of pharmaceutical experience in contract manufacturing, procurement, strategic sourcing and supply chain.
He joined Indivior in October 2016 as Vice President, Global Procurement with the additional responsibility for the oversight of our contract manufacturing network. In 2023, Ken took on the interim role of Vice President, Manufacturing responsible for the integration and operations of Indivior’s new Raleigh Manufacturing site, and since July 2024, has served as the Vice President, Global Supply Chain.
Before joining Indivior, Ken held various global and regional contract manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and procurement leadership roles for companies including Bristol-Myers Squibb and Novartis Consumer Health.

Vanessa Procter joined us in July 2025, bringing 25 years of experience leading corporate and government affairs in biopharma, including senior roles at Sage Therapeutics, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and MedImmune. Earlier in her career, she was a health policy advisor in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Vanessa studied history at Gettysburg College. Her work has consistently focused on creating the conditions that allow patients to access breakthrough therapies.
