Indivior PLC announces that Tatjana May, Non-Executive Director, has advised the Board
that she intends to step down as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from July 31, 2020.
Ms May has confirmed that she will be pursuing a new full-time career, which means that
she will no longer be able to continue as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
In light of the current external environment, the Board has no active plan to commence a
search for a successor to Ms May. The Board will keep its composition and that of its
Committees under review as part of its usual succession planning schedule.
Howard Pien, Chair of the Board of Indivior PLC, commented:

opportunity.
Note:
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11(2).
No remuneration is payable consequent upon or in respect of Tatjana May's resignation.
She will receive pro-rated Board fees and Nomination & Governance Committee and
Science & Policy Committee fees, as applicable, to the date of her resignation. She will not
receive any payment for loss of office or any other payments in relation to her resignation.
