Slough, UK, 23 September 2016 – Further to the update on the FTC investigation and class action litigation previously disclosed on 29 July 2016, the Company was notified yesterday that thirty-five U.S. states and the District of Columbia filed a civil complaint alleging violations of state and federal antitrust and consumer protection laws.
