Participants in the Indivior PLC Corporate Sponsored Nominee facility

This section contains information for participants in the Indivior PLC Corporate Sponsored Nominee facility ("Indivior CSN")

If, immediately prior to June 12, 2023, you were a shareholder holding one or more Indivior share certificates and you were resident in a “permitted” jurisdiction, on June 12, 2023, you were automatically enrolled into the Indivior CSN. As an Indivior CSN participant, you will have been sent an annual holding statement from Computershare U.K. in 2023, 2024 and 2025. These are typically sent in January to March each year.

“Permitted” jurisdictions currently include the United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, and Taiwan. Please click here for a complete list of “permitted” jurisdictions.

The Indivior CSN is a no-cost service to Indivior shareholders that allows shares to be held electronically without having a physical share certificate. It is provided and managed by Computershare U.K.

Rather than holding Indivior shares directly, Indivior CSN shareholders hold their interests in shares through U.K. Depositary Interests

Keeping your personal details up to date

It is important that you keep your name and address on the Indivior CSN register up to date. You can do this by:

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically

Receiving shareholder communications digitally is faster, more reliable and has a positive effect on the environment.

By registering for electronic communications, you will receive an email to let you know when and how to access shareholder documents online.

To register for electronic communications, you will first need to register with Investor Centre. Alternatively, you can contact Computershare U.K.

U.K. Depositary Interests

Rather than holding Indivior shares directly, Indivior CSN shareholders hold their interests in shares through U.K. Depositary Interests.

A U.K. Depositary Interest represents the right to a share. It is a way of holding an interest in a share which, prior to July 25, 2025, can be used to settle trades placed on the London Stock Exchange, in CREST, the U.K. settlement system.

U.K. Depositary Interests were created on June 12, 2023, when Indivior listed its shares on Nasdaq (this was in addition to Indivior’s existing listing on the London Stock Exchange).

For more information on U.K. Depositary Interests and the changes to Indivior’s shareholding structure as a result of the 2023 listing on Nasdaq, please refer to the circular to shareholders dated September 5, 2022  and the FAQs for shareholders also dated September 5, 2022.
