On June 2, 2025, the Board of Indivior announced that it intends to cancel its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8:00 a.m. (U.K. time) on July 25, 2025 (“London Delisting”). Therefore, the last day of trading of Indivior shares on the London Stock Exchange will be July 24, 2025.
Indivior will maintain its listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
In practice, this means that effective 8:00 a.m. (U.K. time) on July 25, 2025 it will no longer be possible to place on market trades in respect of Indivior shares on the London Stock Exchange. As Indivior’s current intention is to retain the existing U.K. Depositary Interest ("U.K. DIs") arrangements for the time being, shareholders may continue to hold their interests in Indivior shares in the form of U.K. DIs in CREST (directly or via a broker or nominee) after the London Delisting.
