This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to personal information collected through sublocade.com and other websites or applications that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy describes the processing of personal information by Indivior Inc., which is ultimately owned by Indivior PLC (together, with all other Indivior PLC owned entities, the “Indivior Group”). Response Timing and Format

We will confirm receipt of a request within ten days. We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at our option.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
