Indivior PLC announces that the Chair of the Board, Howard Pien, who has been on a medical leave of absence since June 15, 2020, has notified the Board of his resignation with immediate effect. The Board will commence the process to identify a successor.

Daniel Tassé, who was appointed as Interim Chair in Mr Pien’s absence, will continue to act as Interim Chair. Daniel joined the Board in 2014 and was appointed Senior Independent Director in 2016 (bio). He is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
