As you may know, Indivior has announced an agreement to resolve criminal charges and civil complaints related to SUBOXONE® (buprenorphine and naloxone) Film.
We are pleased to resolve this matter in a way that enables us to continue progressing toward our vision that all patients around the world have access to evidence-based treatment for the chronic conditions and cooccurring disorders of addiction. Specifically, we believe the agreement provides greater certainty for all Indivior stakeholders, including the patients around the world who are prescribed our medicines.
We want to emphasize that the matter that we have resolved occurred well in the past and does not reflect the values Indivior has strived to demonstrate and uphold during our long history of partnering with healthcare providers, policy makers and communities to fight the opioid crisis.
