Indivior PLC (the Group) notes today’s announcement of Reckitt Benckiser Group’s (RB) settlement with various US Government entities in relation to investigations into past sales and marketing of SUBOXONE® Film.

As previously stated, Indivior PLC’s case with the US Department of Justice (DOJ) is separate from that of RB, and Indivior has no additional or new information related to this matter.

Investors are referred to the Indivior’s previous statements on the DOJ matter, including those contained within its Q1 2019 results press release (2 May 2019) and its response to the DOJ’s action against the Group (9 April 2019) available at Indivior.com.
