Indivior PLC announces that it intends to appoint Lizabeth Zlatkus as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from September 1, 2016. Lizabeth will also be appointed a member of the Audit Committee.
Lizabeth spent a significant part of her career with The Hartford Financial Services Group, one of the largest insurance and investment companies in the US, where she held a number of senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining Hartford, Lizabeth was a senior accountant with KPMG.
Lizabeth is also a Non-Executive Director of Legal & General Group plc and Boston Private Financial Holdings Inc.

“We announced recently that Adrian Hennah will not stand for re-election at the upcoming AGM. In preparing to fill this vacancy, the Board undertook a process to identify candidates that possess certain leadership characteristics and professional experiences, which include a track record of significant accomplishments, a multinational orientation, and deep financial expertise. We are fortunate to have found in Liz Zlatkus such a candidate; and we are delighted that she will join the Indivior Board in September.”
The Company confirms there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13.
