Indivior Receives Subpoena from California Department of Insurance

Slough, UK and Richmond, VA, May 31, 2018 – Indivior PLC (LON: INDV) announced today that Indivior Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, received a subpoena from the Office of the Insurance Commissioner for the California Department of Insurance (“CDI”) on May 29, 2018, requesting documents relating to the bioavailability or bio-equivalency of SUBOXONE® (buprenorphine and naloxone) Sublingual Film (CIII), manufacturing records for that product and its components, and the potential to develop dependency on SUBOXONE Film.

Indivior intends to comply with the CDI’s subpoena and will cooperate in any related government inquiry. Further updates related to this inquiry will be made as appropriate.
